Alice

Alice is a 6 yr old Sloughi looking for her own forever home. She is very, very reserved, not out of fear but due to lack of human contact up to now.

She trusts her forster mum now, and comes to her for cuddles if she feels the need! It would certainly be helpful for her if there was at least one sighthound in the house, as she has always lived with other dogs.

Alice came to us pregnant and gave birth to 8 healthy puppies. This is the last of we dont know how many pregnancies for her. She is a great mum. It was the first time ever that she had the opportunity to raise her pups without fear.

She is a dog that will be a great companion one day, but for the moment perfers to have only "her" people around her. We are working on this, so that she can learn that people are not enemies. Again this is all based on lack of socialisation, she is not an aggressive dog, just very selective as to who she wants to have around.

Alice will be available for rehoming in the UK at the end of 2009.
